If there is a meditation one needs to undertake, and anything that is done in the name of meditation is simply the capacity to be with what is. It's not to be lost to the mind, not to be lost to a projection, not to be lost to a delusion, to be in touch with what is. It is a way that you exist, that you actually get feedback and you are actually connected with what is here. The inability to be that is the source of every confusion, every crisis, every stress. So one of the meditations that you need to undertake, take a moment to be with what is.
