Which sounds beautiful…until you’re sitting in a hospital, using Google Translate to figure out if you might need surgery. 🫣 That was my “OMG!” moment I’m not just experiencing life. I’m participating in creating it. Even in the moments I wouldn’t choose. And it made me look at myself differently. How often am I in my head… overthinking, controlling, trying to “figure things out”...and in those moments Life feels tighter. Less fluid. Like I’m slightly disconnected from everything. But then there are other moments… Where I’m just present. Clear. Honest about what I want. And everything flows. I also noticed something that felt uncomfortable to admit: How often I hesitate to say what I actually want. How often I soften it, delay it, or question it.
