A ramen dish with a black colour pork bone broth, it had a very pleasant savoury but surprisingly rich creamy flavour. The deep black colour comes from squid ink and charred garlic. Served with seaweed, black fungus, chashu and spring onion, great combination!

Wow, we went to a place with over 150 tea flavours with cocktails and mocktails… we chose the cocktails……. - one moroccan mojito with moroccan mint tea, and one peach blossom prosecco. It turned out they didnt have all the ingredients for the mojito.. so we got complimentary drinks and snacks (? Hello bangkok service…)
The place is black, grey and white, and has dj:s playing friday and saturday.

We saw a sign from across the street, and it only said bartels, but we were intrigued by the simplicity haha.. so we went across the street, to find a coffee place that opens at 7 am, and has sourdough sandwiches, green juices and of course, real barista made coffee. We were sold. So were all the other only white people in the restaurant... food was good, and we are already planning to go there again soon, and tomorrow morning for breakfast. yummieeee

In Southeast Asia, this tradition culminated in satay, a dish that has become emblematic of our region's rich gastronomic identity.

I dedicate this post to my preferred iteration of this fire-cooked tradition: Malaysian satay. Pictured above is chicken and beef satay from Sate Hakimi Kajang, which ranks third on my personal tier list of Kajang's finest satay establishments.

We searched for a wine bar in thailand (harder than you might think) and ended up in a very beautiful little place which had a tasting menu... as we thought we were finished, the main meal came... the fried chicken. Me and Leia thought we wouldnt be able to even taste it, but once we did... wow. perfection.
