Worry is basically a foundational thinking that you believe it's unsolvable. When the base of the brain holds on to the idea it cannot be solved, it worries. In order for worry to disappear, you must seek solution. You must seek possible ways of resolving. When your brain switches to looking for possible way of resolving, it will lose worrying. It will move into action and participation. So grasp this, worrying is simply a state of impossibility that was imposed onto you. The moment you start looking for solution, resolution, and an action, worry will not exist.
