Contemplate right now that you actually know.
The insistence of knowing only through one faculty which is the mind and thinking, prevents you from waking up to that which you know, which is beyond mind. Real knowing is not the mind, it's what is bodied.
So being with body and being with what is, you wake up to know that you know what you know. Limitation of only insisting to know it through the mind blinds you from what you know.
So the meditation; wake up to know, that you know.
