Just thinking…Maybe without the pain and suffering, I wouldn’t be able to find out where I have been blind.
so even it’s felt as pain, I could also be grateful for them —- they gift me where to watch, and be available for transformation.
I am also thinking that the suffering reveals the "I" which I identify with and its attachment to suffering.
I realise that I have made the polarities, the senses, and bodily experiences my identity. Recognising this, I understand that the nature of awareness, or the observer, the witness, does not compare but can stay with what is just as it is, without imagining anything else.
Then, how can the suffering continue?
