Sharing from Nirvan programme day 8
A reflection from a student:
”Yesterdays meditation was important to me.
Understanding that first I must be, I must exist for real - not as a reflection, only then the state of nirvan - nakedness - is possible.
I have been such a perfectionist, thinking there should not even be a trace of mind for me to be for real. But now it sounds like the being is just a beginning…”
My thoughts on this:
I was grateful for this sharing. It reminds me of my own struggle of purification. That when coming to the being, it’s not in any way an arrival - it’s more like a beginning. Beginning of moving towards the nakedness when all the garbage from my past is dropped - and maybe that’s when it Really begins…?!
Also nice to remember to drop the idea of perfect and not perfect, thank you
🤔🙂😍🥳
