Working on my handstand & tuck balance
I’ve realized I’ve been holding fear in my body — and it’s been showing up in my resistance to training a Tuck Balance.
Maybe it's not just the fear of being upside down (which is completely normal — we weren’t born with our feet above our heads). But perhaps deeper fear of not being able to support myself.
So I’m exploring this through my movement practice and choosing to rewire that fear.
By working on my handstand and developing my Tuck Balance,
I’m teaching my body that it can support me.
