Cognitive Psychology- about learning
In the process of learning anything, from getting information to understanding to integration to embodiment, as long as learning is continuous, the process will evolve naturally, as our system is very intelligent and will adapt through the learning. However, when we stop at certain point, and use the temporary result to conclude ourselves or learning itself, we will feel defeated for helpless.
Sometimes others or society would judge the result as well, and reducing us by violating our learning process.
All learning takes time, and as a learner, not underestimating the effort to be made is critical. If we are a beginner in learning sth, the awareness of knowing the regular frequency of exercises is a must for progressing. Registering a course is just a beginning, it’s not promising the results without making enough effort for the learning to happen.
