Lies cost and consume our brain much more
I was reading articles about neural activities when we are lying. The research results show obviously that when we lie, our working memory is much more overloaded and the whole process of lying consumes more mental effort. Very interestingly that sometimes we assume lying rather than telling the truth is an escape or laziness, while it’s actually more work and more costing.
