The collective mind

I was listening to podcasts about Latino literatures and art history. The scholars mentioned that in the history of western mind, the Latino, Asian, African, Middle Eastern literatures and cultures were used to be measured and critiqued by Western thinking and philosophy. What I see is that the collective mind reduces all to its limitation and build an identify of privilege, which is embedded with arrogance and violence. The grandness, the uniqueness, the beauty of all different kinds of creations in humanity cannot be defined or judged in one context.

We shrink, and doubt, and get denied by the collective mind. The massive brilliant artworks, literatures, movies, poems, architectures, music, dances etc., all around the world are saying we are here, we create and we demand the more, the true.
