Are We Letting Go, or Giving Up?
Easy to mix these up. Both feel like surrender. Both come with that same exhausted “okay, I’m done.”
But letting go and giving up aren’t the same. One sets down what isn’t ours to carry, but we keep going. The other sets down everything, including the part of us that still believes things can shift.
The difference isn’t in what we stop, it’s the inner action underneath which matters.
When have you found yourself letting go vs giving up?
