Hi, at our last tea party we had Butterfly Pea Tea, which has a naturally deep blue colour. When you add an acid like lemon or lime juice it turns to a purple/pink and that's kinda cool!

This week at our tea party, we had globe amaranth tea while playing detective 🤫

Globe amaranth was one of the best teas I've had. Taste profile included pleasant tangy notes with a very smooth and refreshing flavour.
