This week at our tea party, we had globe amaranth tea while playing detective 🤫

Globe amaranth was one of the best teas I've had. Taste profile included pleasant tangy notes with a very smooth and refreshing flavour.

I was surprised by how pink and bright the tea was! I’ve seen these flowers in the grass of my backyard since childhood- did not know you could dry them and drink them. Loved the tea. Most of our no sayers to our invitation to teaparty don’t want tea because of the caffeine… but so far our teas has been nothing but flowers! So even caffeine avoiders can join our teaparrties.. so far! Looking forward to next week

Abhi, I was curious as I dry red clover and make tea or add in tea. Apparently globe amaranth and red clover are not the same... Don't really recall this strong pink color from red clover tea. Would really love to try this next time in KL :-D
