We may become more honest about what matters. More present. More grateful. More compassionate toward ourselves and others. Not because suffering is beautiful, but because surviving and striving can change the way we move through the world.

Their view might be right for them, everybody might agree with it but it’s their view. It’s one view… it might even be a fact but that’s not all there is.
All Master is asking us to wake up to at this point is to know I’m in this trap. That is the first realisation.

What am I creating?
What is my meditation?
What am I doing for me?

To accept this blindness is the first step; I see but what I see is all I can see and I recognise there is something beyond my sight. If one rejects what is beyond one's sight, one makes one's sight all, and see the trap that creates.

Night owls, brace yourselves.
A new study by Stanford Medicine researchers has found that following your
natural inclination to stay awake until the early morning hours is a bad choice for your mental health.
In a survey of nearly 75,000 adults, researchers compared the participants' preferred sleep timing, known as chronotype, with their actual sleep behavior. They determined that regardless of one's preferred bedtime, everyone benefits from turning in early.
Morning larks and night owls alike tended to have …

Take one view that you can detect that was
placed on you and that has come to be you and challenge it for yourself.
This exercise is to free yourself from the mind that has been placed on you
by the world.

If you really observe, people go out and make an active effort to confirm their prejudice, to confirm because it feels safe. This is what I know. What is beyond my known feels like something challenging.
This isolative movement denies the possibility there’s anything more than them, and if at all something more comes into being, they feel attacked, destroyed.
So we first begin by deeply contemplating this, learning this — …

Real change is not adding to who we are, but a restructuring of the very lens we see through. And it tends to begin with a disorienting experience, one that no longer fits the life we have built.

When this happens the ego gets the best of them and assumes they’ve arrived .
This assumption of arrival minus and stops once capacity to learn and grow and the moment one minus the ability to learn and grow ,once transformation ability ends .
Whenever one cannot transform sooner or later one moves to darkness
The way to be with the light is to constantly see the need to grow and transform and by that one never …

I spent my 20s being really good at being everything I was trained to be... athlete, paralegal, daughter, the "hot girl" on instagram.
But all those started to fade away around 25 when I began meeting the right people.
Nevetheless, I grieved the many versions of myself.
The one rushing to arrive somewhere, for some reason, desperate for the community and female friendships where she can be all of her, beautiful, silly, loving, and more...
And for some odd reason, I tried to cling to her. That version of Aisha was all …

that wish me to be enslaved
I look upon it as an act
Of an idiot,
that is powerless.
For I recognise only when I give up my power
they have the power over me.
For this I recognise
the helplessness of the other
in this
I hold myself in power
and in the ability that is mine and mine alone to be lived.
Recognising i am the source of me and all that can come to be as me.
For this , this unconscious wish of the other to enslave me
does not …

It appears most demands in life are false, created by the world or the other. Is the only real demand of these to learn detachment, to come to our aloneness— our real self?
Seems like we go from living in the mind with the false self using others to mirror, to the gap with real self mirroring the more.
When we’ve learned to detach and what’s …

What we like to see is that , all participate and give inputs so this can be a real platform for all to have a space to learn to explore and share and to play a role in building a community that wants to uphold this effort.
